North East Ambition seeks a Care Leaver Homelessness Prevention Specialist to join its Children in Care and Care Leavers Service. This critical role focuses on preventing homelessness for care-experienced young people by offering support and developing personalised housing plans. Working closely with various housing teams and agencies, you will advocate for the best outcomes for young people.

This temporary position is initially for 2 years, with the possibility of extension. Candidates must have an NVQ 3 in a relevant subject and experience in housing services.
