North Tyneside Council’s Care Call service are looking to recruit a full time Telecare & Crisis Response Officer for our Night Shift team.
You will work as part of our front-line service, handling tele-care installations and monitoring calls to provide rapid responses and equipment where required.
This role requires occasional out-of-hours work to support the 24/7 crisis response, and applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to undertake moving and handling tasks.
