We are seeking applications from Mathematics specialists to support our Year 7 and Year 8 students on a 1‑1 or small group basis for both Kenton and Studio West Schools. The Northern Leaders Trust has high aspirations for the qualifications our students will achieve at the end of Year 11. The successful candidate will share those aspirations, build excellent relationships, and work with colleagues to provide steppingstones to success.

We are looking for someone with:

  • a proven track record of effective teaching or tutoring in Mathematics
  • excellent behaviour‑management skills
  • an awareness of safeguarding policies and other guidance on wellbeing
  • the interpersonal skills to challenge, inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential, regardless of barriers they may face
