Role Summary

English specialists are sought to support Year 7 and Year 8 students on a 1‑1 or small group basis across Kenton and Studio West Schools. The successful candidate will share the Trust’s high aspirations for student achievement, build excellent relationships, and work collaboratively to provide stepping‑stones to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective English teaching and tutoring to Year 7 and Year 8 students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Apply safeguarding and wellbeing policies and guidance.
  • Challenge, inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of effective teaching or tutoring in English.
