We’re seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental Business Partner to help Nexus achieve excellence in safety and sustainability by embedding our Integrated Management System (IMS) and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with the OH&S and Environment & Sustainability Managers, you’ll lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, champion fire and behavioural safety programmes, and deliver key initiatives in areas such as Working at Height, PUWER, COSHH, and Permit-to-Work systems.

This is an influential role where you’ll shape safety culture, ensure compliance, and make a tangible impact on Nexus’s reputation for operational excellence.
