Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Manage a caseload of clients
- Receive regular supervision and guidance from Advanced Social Work Practitioners and the Team Manager
- A clear understanding of the Care Act and the Local Authority's statutory duties is essential
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, qualified Social Workers with a commitment to continuous development
- Degree in Social Work & qualified with Social Work England
- Successfully completed the UK Skills for Care ASYE programme
- Valid UK driving licence and ability to use a car for work purposes
