Registered Nurse (Learning Disability) – Sea Lodge, Morpeth, Northumberland

Band 7 | £35,412 – £39,152 (dependent on experience)

Sea Lodge is a specialist, nurse‑led supported living service on the stunning Northumberland coastline. Rated Good by CQC, we provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to two adults with learning disabilities and complex health and behavioural needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own home.

To be successful, you must:

  • Hold current RNLD registration with the NMC.
  • Have post‑registration experience working within learning disability services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of person‑centred care, safeguarding, risk assessment and relevant legislation.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work‑Life Balance

This full‑time position is based on a rotational day shift pattern, typically:

  • 3 x 12.5‑hour shifts per week
  • 07:45 am – 08:15 pm
