We are looking for two Customer Experience Coordinators Fixed Term for 12 months. 1 x 37 hours per week post, 1 x 30 hour per week post.

Who we are

The Customer Experience team are the first point of contact for people who get in touch with the council. The team operates a telephone contact centre based at County Hall in Morpeth. Our Customer Experience Coordinators work in a hybrid way, working from home and in the office and are part of a tight-knit team supported by our team leaders. We are passionate about delivering accessible and easy services to everyone. Through meaningful conversations we will provide clear information and advice to our customers. We provide advice across a wide range of areas including housing, benefits, council tax, blue badges, concessionary travel, household waste, highways, planning and much, much more!

We have a full training programme to get you up to speed and continued development opportunities. We are passionate about our staff and their wellbeing, we offer loads of resources, staff network groups and other support for our people to tap into.

Sociable working hours shifts vary between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
