We require a Caretaker to join a busy facilities team, looking after County Hall and Morpeth Town Hall. This role is offered on a fixed term basis until 30/04/2026.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the building
- General cleaning tasks
- Statutory maintenance checks
- Basic DIY and furniture moves
Hours and arrangements
The hours are 20 hours on an alternative shift pattern: 6am until 10am one week; 4pm until 8pm the next week. Flexibility to work between 6am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, would be preferred.

Previous caretaking experience is essential.
