Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Insights Manager to join our award-winning Marketing & Recruitment team. This senior role involves leading digital marketing and CRM strategies, utilizing market insights and performance data to enhance student recruitment and engagement. You will manage and mentor staff responsible for digital content, marketing campaigns, and PR, promoting evidence-based decision-making to optimize the customer journey from inquiry to enrollment. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will provide intelligence to inform programme development, outreach, and strategic planning.
