Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are working in collaboration with a partner school to appoint a creative, talented and innovative Level 3 qualified Learning Support Assistant with proven experience in KS1 or KS2 with excellent knowledge of school systems for supporting learners with additional needs.
We are looking for an LSA or Teaching Assistant who has a passion for supporting children with additional needs to enable them to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their commitment to working as part of a highly successful team, the aim of which is to ensure that all children receive outstanding and inspirational educational experiences, which help them fulfil their potential. You will need to be able to support a range of SEN, this will include supporting children with challenging behaviour. You will need to be flexible and support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

- Has recent experience of delivery interventions.
- Has experience of planning from EHCPs and supporting the SEND Plan, Do, Review cycle.
