The predicted salary is between 23400 - 29910 £ per year.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistant 1:1 practitioner to join our team, providing key SEN support within the classroom on a 1:1 basis and working closely with other teaching staff to ensure provision is effective and that learning needs are met.

Job requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths at C grade or above
  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEN and utilising strategies to manage behaviours and meet needs, including supporting speech and language
  • Awareness of Child Safeguarding and the latest SEN policies to implement effective provision, including working with outside agencies to deliver EHCP provisions
  • Ability to effectively communicate on the pupil’s progress, with strong written and verbal communication skills
