Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Manager to join our team. This is a rewarding role supporting students to achieve their full potential by promoting high standards of attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and academic progress. Working closely with pastoral, safeguarding and teaching staff, you will build positive relationships with students and families, provide targeted support where needed, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and aspirational learning environment.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
