Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Horton Grange Primary School. A three form entry school with 52 place nursery located on the north western edge of Blyth on the Northumberland coast, only 15 minutes from Newcastle upon Tyne. The school was inspected in 2023 and was graded outstanding in every area.

Position

For January 2026, we are looking for an excellent teacher for Key Stage 1 and/or lower Key Stage 2 with a passion for primary education and a high degree of skill. You will have a strength in a subject, which you will be keen to drive forward and develop within the school. You will be a team player, committed to ongoing learning and be driven to improve outcomes for children through a rigorous focus on teaching and learning. You will be capable of modelling excellent practice and playing a key role in the school’s journey ahead. We can offer you excellent CPD and potential future leadership opportunities.
