Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests escalated from the Help Desk, assessing, prioritising and progressing tickets in line with agreed processes.
  • Provide 2nd line infrastructure support for routine and well‑defined issues, escalating complex or high‑risk incidents to senior technicians or engineers.
  • Assist with the day‑to‑day support and operation of infrastructure services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
