We have an exciting role on offer within our Public Protection Service as a ICT System Developer.

About Us

The Environment and Community Safety directorate delivers a range of customer support and regulatory services. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced ICT system developer to support the implementation and ongoing use of a new case management and customer service ICT system, and to support the system as business-as-usual post implementation.

You will have a responsibility for working closely with our service teams, which include Environmental Health, Environmental Protection, Trading Standards, Private Sector Housing, Licensing and Community Safety, and alongside our ICT services and software provider to adopt, implement and develop the new ICT platform.

Working with the Project Manager and service leads the role includes reviewing existing ICT system data and processes, migrating data and establishing new task processes, supporting integration with the Council’s CRM system and working with all users to ensure the effective use, development and maintenance of the new ICT system.
