Location: St Mary's Catholic School, Benton Park Road, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE7 7PE

We are looking for an excellent Headteacher’s PA to support the Headteacher with many areas of her work, including leading on personnel, payroll and school admissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Headteacher with daily administrative tasks.
  • Lead administrative duties such as personnel, payroll and school admissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a rigorous approach to work.

Requirements:

  • A clear commitment to nurturing and promoting the school’s distinctive ethos.
  • A conscientious, highly organised and rigorous approach to work.
  • A commitment to high‑quality communication and an ability to communicate professionally with many stakeholders.

Working Hours:

Full‑time permanent position, 7.30am‑3.30pm Monday‑Thursday, 7.30am‑3.00pm Friday (term time). Part‑time requests may be considered.
