PA to Group Management Team – Integrated Adults and Social Care Services

The post of Personal Assistant will sit within the Business and Assurance team, who provide support and assurance across Integrated Adults and Social Care Services. The Personal Assistant will provide direct support to our Directors and Heads of Function across the group, which includes complex diary management, detailed meeting support and note taking, and coordinating high level enquiries with strict timescales.
About the role:
- Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work within a fast-paced environment; working both independently and as part of a wider team.
- You must have good organisational skills, proven ability to self-start and be able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience of providing either secretarial or business support is integral to the role.
