We need you to keep that service running smoothly.

You will manage and maintain user records on our online DBS system, ensuring every record is accurate and up to date. You will support our clients in navigating the system, help process invoices, and make sure that every application meets the requirements it needs to meet. Your eye for detail and your commitment to accuracy make a direct difference to the safety and wellbeing of people across the region.

In return, you will join a small, dedicated team working at the heart of public sector HR across the region. This is a part‑time role, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, based at the Northern Design Centre in Gateshead. The salary is £14,731.92 per annum (£27,254.05 FTE), and you will benefit from membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme alongside the flexibility of a genuinely meaningful part‑time role.
