The Governors and Head Teacher at Fellside Community Primary School are looking for a positive, confident and resourceful Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team, working with amazing children.
You will, primarily, be responsible for delivering Alternate Provision nurture afternoons for a small group of children needing SEMH support, with a morning commitment of interventions (foundational skills and wellbeing) and a small amount of PPA cover.

- Provide a morning commitment of interventions (foundational skills and wellbeing).
- Undertake a small amount of PPA cover.
- Lead a small number of whole class lessons when cover is required.
- Have the knowledge and experience to plan for and lead groups from Early Years to 6.
- Hold HLTA status (or equivalent).
- Be a kind and supportive practitioner, sharing our ethos of Ambition For All.
- Share our values of Integrity, Honesty, Tolerance and Respect and support our children to show them in their day to day school life.
- Deliver our PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy).
