We require a Food & Beverage Supervisor who has the skills, drive, and passion to deliver a great food offer alongside great customer service within our café at Saltwell Towers.
What you’ll get to do:
- Assist & supervise in the preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold food items, snacks and light meals within a busy café environment.
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages and light refreshments throughout the café as required.
- Prepare and set up the café prior to service, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and operational.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times and promote a positive customer experience within the team.
- Operate tills and carry out cash handling and end‑of‑day cashing up procedures.
- Assist in and supervise the thorough cleaning of designated food and beverage service areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health and safety, and allergen legislation and regulations.
- Provide training, guidance and day‑to‑day supervision of café staff.
- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the post as required.
