North East Learning Trust is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance (Primary) to lead quality improvement and compliance across our schools. The role is highly collaborative and requires working closely with trust leaders, school heads and senior leaders to influence positive change, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable improvement. The successful candidate will travel regularly across the trust and other locations throughout the North East, working flexibly across multiple sites.
