The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will become part of a committed team of skilled trades personnel who carry out a range of servicing and repair works within customers’ homes throughout the borough. You will be required to have excellent customer care skills, take pride in your work, and deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right first time.
You will be required to have the relevant Gas qualifications and experience and ideally possess a good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority, with some experience of working in a variety of homes.
To do this role, you will be required to attend homes anywhere in the borough and be provided with access to a van therefore a full driving licence is required.
