An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Tyneside Council for a highly motivated and hard-working customer service advisor to work within Property Services. You will be working for the repairs contact centre carrying out telephony, video and email communication.

Responsibilities

  • You will be required to make and receive phone calls, diagnose repairs and raise the work accurately through a bespoke repairs system.
  • You will deliver high-quality work with a focus on completing jobs right the first time and take pride in your work.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have relevant customer service experience or qualifications and ideally possess a good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority.
  • They will be part of a committed team of customer service agents who receive inbound calls and emails from customers throughout the borough of North Tyneside Council.
