This is an exciting opportunity to join Northumberland County Council Facilities Management team as a Cleaner.
Location: Bolam Lake Country Park
Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 07:30 - 09:35 (12.5 Hours Per Week)
Role Responsibilities:
- Basic cleaning duties.
- Opening the automated site barriers each morning to allow vehicle access.
- Opening the public toilets after cleaning to ensure the site is fully operational for visitors.
- Opportunities for occasional overtime work within the on-site café, arranged under a separate agreement with the County Parks Service.
This is a permanent position and although experience would be preferred, full training will be given.
Benefits:
- 26 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service (pro rata for part-time employees).
- Automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme.
- Flexi scheme (if applicable) - up to 2 days flexible leave available per month (pro rata for part-time employees).
