Hours: 20 Hours per Week (6:30am to 10:30am - Monday to Friday), Fixed Term until 31st August 2027, Full Year.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable and self‑motivated Caretaker who will play a vital role in ensuring that the school site is secure and that the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard and the site is fully compliant with regulations and checks.
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure buildings and the site are secure.
- Act as the designated key holder for the school premises.
- Operate and regularly check systems such as heating, lighting and security.
- Arrange regular maintenance and safety checks.
- Perform duties in line with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Maintain the school grounds and liaise with the grounds maintenance contractor.
- Be part of a welcoming and supportive team of staff, parents, carers and governors.
