North Tyneside Carers' Centre is seeking a compassionate Carers Wellbeing Worker to support unpaid carers, helping them maintain wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes.
You will manage a caseload, complete Wellbeing Assessments, develop support plans, provide advocacy and navigate health and social care systems.
This part-time role is based in North Tyneside and requires travel across the area. Closing Date: 31 July 2026; interviews on 12–13 August 2026.
