Job Summary
PA to the Principal/Office Manager at Freebrough Academy, a Trust‑sponsored secondary school in Saltburn‑by‑the‑Sea. Permanent, full‑time (37 hours per week, 48.299 paid weeks).
Salary range: SCP 16 – SCP 18 (£30,518.00‑£31,537.00 FTE); pro rata for part‑time commencement.
Employment commences on 1 September or adjusted equated salary if begun mid‑academic year.
Post holder will engage primarily or wholly in regulated activity working with children. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offender Act 1974.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective support to the Principal.
- Work proactively, innovatively and responsively to deliver excellent administration support to the academy administration office.
- Line‑manage the office staff and build and develop relationships with staff at all levels.
