We are seeking an enthusiastic Support Assistant (Level 4) to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The role involves establishing rapport with students, preparing and delivering learning activities, monitoring and assessing progress, running interventions, supervising group work, and providing support for the SEND department and SENDCO with clerical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver learning activities for whole classes and groups
- Monitor, assess, record, and report pupils’ achievement, progress, and development
- Run interventions and oversee group work by learning support assistants
- Support the SEND department and assist the SENDCO with clerical and administrative work as required
