About You

  • Qualified, professionally registered Social Worker with strong knowledge of current legislation and regulations
  • Passionate about customer-focused, strengths-based practice
  • Skilled in balancing people’s rights to independence with the need to manage risk
  • Creative and resourceful in designing solutions that meet individual needs
  • Encouraging and supportive manager who can lead, supervise, and develop individuals and teams
