Assistant Attendant - Facilities Management Team (Part-Time)
Location: South East Area (Ashington, Bedlington, Newbiggin & Cramlington)
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Attendant with a positive attitude and practical, customer service skills.
The role involves:
- DIY jobs and office moves (including moving bulky furniture)
- Sickness cover for Cleaners
- Alarm and statutory testing
- Distributing and collecting staff documentation
- Meeting contractors on site
- Opening and locking buildings
- Interacting with building users and staff regularly
This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4pm - 7pm).
Requirements:
- Physical fitness
- Knowledge of health and safety issues
- Flexibility
- Full UK Driving Licence
