The Head Teacher and Governors of Wardley Primary School are seeking to appoint three enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with school staff to support the development of pupils.
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and inclusion of all children.
  • Assist pupils in overcoming barriers, accessing the curriculum, and experiencing achievement.
  • Show interest in working with children with additional needs.
  • Act with honesty, integrity, and uphold high professional standards.
  • Prioritize the education and wellbeing of pupils.
  • Demonstrate positive values and behaviours aligned with the role.
  • Commit to safeguarding pupils' wellbeing by following statutory guidance and school policies.
  • Collaborate with other education professionals within a framework of high expectations.

Important Dates:

  • Shortlisting will occur on Monday 2nd June 2025.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be informed by Tuesday 3rd June 2025.
  • Interviews will take place during the week beginning 9th June 2025.
