Are you a highly skilled, adaptable professional with the emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced alternative provision? Join us as an Advanced Teaching Assistant, a role that is as challenging as it is profoundly rewarding. You will be a cornerstone of our classroom, delivering targeted interventions and high-quality learning activities to students who have often found mainstream education a barrier, including those with SEND/social, emotional and mental health needs. In this role, you aren’t just supporting academics; you are building trusted relationships and providing the consistency our students need to re-engage with their learning.

Our dedicated staff is passionate about providing bespoke, additional support to ensure behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health challenges are never a barrier to success. Working Pattern

  • 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus 5 days.
  • One permanent position and two temporary positions available.
  • Job share will also be considered.
