North Tyneside Council is seeking three full-time Advice and Information Response Officers to join the Gateway First Contact Team in North Tyneside. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00, and primarily office-based at the Quadrant offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for adults and children social care
  • Providing accurate advice and information on universal services
  • Taking referrals where appropriate
  • Communicating confidently
