Permanent appointment – Grade N3. Full‑time 35 hours per week (term time only). Working hours are 8:15am – 3:45pm Monday to Friday. Salary is £25,185 – £25,583 FTE, pro‑rata £19,966 – £20,281.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact in the school office, managing telephone and in‑person enquiries with courtesy and calmness.
- Provide general administrative support to the school team, including organisation of meetings, filing, and preparation of documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with staff and parents.
- Assist with school events and logistics as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good level of ICT, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
