Working Type: Part time, 5 hours per week (hours to be agreed), evenings and weekends, 52 working weeks (additional hours may also be available)

Northern Education Trust is seeking a dedicated and flexible Academy Support Assistant to support the Northern Education Trust Community Sport and Events (NCSE) Facilities and wider academy activities at Dyke House Academy. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Front of House, delivering outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, and helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and welcomingly for all internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Administration: Receive enquiries for NCSE Facilities, respond to routine correspondence, process Hire Agreements, and build positive relationships with facility users.
- General Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling telephone calls and photocopying.
- Event & Facility Preparation: Assist with arrangements for NCSE Facilities and Academy events.
- Facility Upkeep: Undertake duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance across both internal and external areas of the facility.
- Flexibility: Maintain a flexible approach to covering shifts at short notice when needed.
