North Devon Hospice in Barnstaple is seeking an experienced healthcare assistant to join our Hospice to Home Service, delivering high‑quality care to patients at home across North Devon.

You will work in a 7‑day service on 12‑hour shifts (8am–8pm) with an hour break, with support to develop end‑of‑life care skills while travelling to patients’ homes.

A Level 3 Care qualification and community care experience are required or desired.
