Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £25,567.20 per annum plus essential car user allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months Maternity Cover

The Role
We are now looking to recruit a Tenancy Co-ordinator, to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You will be responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to our housing management system and low level anti-social behaviour (ASB), including neighbourhood disputes.
The Main Responsibilities Of The Role
- To ensure a high-quality customer focused and responsive service is provided when dealing with customers enquiries that relate to the Neighbourhood Team.
- Responsible for low level ASB to include Neighbour disputes.
- Responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to Cx.
- To assist in Estate Inspections and Health and Safety Inspections on patch.
- Responsible for Starter tenancy reviews and Post Tenancy visits including inspection of property.
- To act as the main point of contact for Neighbourhood Customers.
About You
- Previous experience working in a front-line housing service or previous experience working in a front-line customer service position.
- Good inter-personal and people skills.
- Ability to collate, prepare and present information in a clear and logical format.
- Good listening skills and an ability to empathise.
