The purpose of this role is to ensure all North Devon Homes’ residential areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining the value of the Company’s land assets. Working as part of a team, undertaking a host of duties to include:
- Grass cutting using powered mowers and strimmers.
- Hedge cutting using powered hedge cutters.
- Weeding and pruning of shrub beds.
- Litter picking.
