North Devon Homes is seeking a capable inspector to undertake a broad range of surveys and assessments, including stock condition surveys, HHSRS, voids, fire risks, asbestos re-inspections, energy assessments and quality audits.

You will identify defects, diagnose repairs and oversee works to ensure quality, compliance and best value, while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to meet CDM and safety standards.
