North Devon Homes is seeking a Property Surveyor to carry out stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, void inspections, fire risk assessments, asbestos re-inspections, energy assessments and quality audits across Barnstaple and surrounding areas. You will identify defects, specify repairs and oversee delivery to ensure quality and value.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, CDM compliance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
