We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Asset Management team to monitor our servicing contracts for our housing stock and commercial buildings. This is an integral role within our Asset Management team to ensure our high quality customer service standards and legislative requirements are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor servicing contracts to ensure contractual compliance, accurate data, servicing records, and high levels of customer satisfaction as per company policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Administer contracts, authorize spend against set budgets, and report on compliance and customer satisfaction to the Cyclical Maintenance and Compliance Manager.
- Ensure compliance in all areas of Asset Management, including adherence to legislation, timely completion of service visits, accurate paperwork, and proper maintenance of internal databases.
About You
- You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.
- You will be highly computer literate with extensive experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and databases.
- You will have a passion for auditing systems and ensuring contract compliance.
- You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable liaising and communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders, including customers.
Basic DBS check required.
