Responsibilities:
- To have responsibility for the effective and efficient monitoring and implementation of Section 106 planning obligations, to ensure the appropriate collection and distribution of development contributions arising from development.
- Monitoring the progress of the development to identify when triggers have been met to ensure that financial and non-financial obligations towards infrastructure delivery are paid/secured.
- To co-ordinate working relationships with all services involved in Section 106 agreements.
- To positively manage compliance with S106 agreement attached to planning permissions, to ensure that the expected high-quality development is delivered on and off site.
