The Guinness Open Gate Brewery London (GOGBL) is a new Guinness neighbourhood in London that encourages the best in brewing, food, retail, and culture. Covering 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and a central courtyard in the historic brewing quarter in Covent Garden, GOGBL aims to become a key growth driver for Guinness, positioning the brand within culture, driving relevance, and increasing brand saliency among a new generation of drinkers.

Key elements of the site include:

  • Iconic Guinness Gates as the main entrance, offering cultural impact in London.
  • Restaurants, Taproom, Bars - serving high-quality food and beer on-site.
  • All-weather historic courtyard with a top-tier bar experience.
  • Retail spaces, including collaborations for limited-edition items.
  • Custom rooftop dining and drinking experience on the 5th floor with views of London.
  • Brewery tours and beer tasting experiences.
  • Cultural events space equipped for meetings and conferences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the website backend, including deploying tickets, experiences, and content updates.
  • Executing and reporting on CRM campaigns for GOGBL.
  • Supporting paid media activities alongside the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager.
  • Providing insights and reports for all online channels, updating the team and wider business.
  • Collaborating with the Events & Reservations team, providing consumer behavior insights and booking data.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Deep CRM knowledge, including email campaign management.
  • Experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with email creation and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to communicate digital concepts clearly to non-digital stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating seamless multi-channel online consumer experiences.
  • Data analysis skills and storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR compliance.
  • Experience with brand tone of voice and identity.
  • Ticketing system experience (preferred but not essential).
