North Cumbria Primary Care Alliance is a leading provider of primary care services in North Cumbria, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare and improving the health of our community. Our organisation values patient-centred approaches, operational excellence, and a commitment to innovation in healthcare delivery. Our six practices span rural and urban communities from Carlisle to Bootle, operating over sixteen sites and serving over 100,000 patients: one third of the population of North Cumbria. We employ more than 400 staff.
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director who will lead our organisation and act as a Director on our board to help shape and lead the future of our organisation. You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a clear vision for business development, advancing patient care, quality improvement, and growing our organisation. You will be comfortable with providing constructive challenge and making effective, if sometimes difficult, decisions.
