The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The post holder will be a highly motivated and effective manager with leadership and influencing skills. The post holder will have the ability to enthuse, motivate and involve teams to work towards and achieve required objectives
The individual will work closely with the General Manager of Corporate Medical Services and members of the Medical Directorate and Medical Education teams to deliver a range of key outcomes.
The Medical Directorate acts as a driver for quality improvements throughout the organisation. Alongside the Executive Chief Nurse and the clinical teams, the Medical Directorate works towards providing care of the highest quality, that achieves the best possible outcomes, and regulatory and care quality ratings.
The Medical Education and Development Faculty are a key provider within the directorate; driving forward improvements and innovations in medical education and development opportunities.
The Medical Education department supports the development and implementation of innovative and contemporary practice. The department ensures that medical support systems are in place, allowing all medical staff to develop individually and professionally. The department is committed to maintaining the already high standards it has achieved over the past five years and wants to ensure all team members are committed to a cycle of continuous improvement across our programme delivery
The Medical Education Department includes commissioned education services from NHS England, with NCIC NHS FT acting as a Local Education Department. This area includes the management and development of Medical Education activity and schedules to support and deliver NHS Englands Education Contract within the Trust
