The business operates at the intersection of deep consulting expertise and proprietary SaaS technology, partnering with financial institutions across asset management, capital markets, banking and insurance to deliver complex strategic transformation.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with financial institutions to diagnose operating model challenges and define the strategic response.
  • Own the design and delivery of target operating models across strategy and operations.
  • Drive transformation programmes end-to-end — from roadmap and scoping through to embedded execution.
  • Turn data into the commercial and analytical case for change, presenting findings to senior client audiences.
  • Bridge business and technology, converting complex requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
  • Shape and deliver client-ready outputs that land clearly at board and leadership level.
  • Contribute to the firm's commercial growth through pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • Early career consulting experience, gained in a management consultancy or in-house transformation function within financial services.
  • A grounding in operating model design and structured programme delivery, including roadmaps, milestones, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable working with data to build a credible commercial case.
  • Clear, confident communication with the presence to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Able to hold pace and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams.

If you're looking for a Senior Consultant role with genuine breadth of exposure, a collaborative high-performing team, and the platform to grow within a scaling boutique, we'd be keen to speak.
