North Co Recruitment are working with a leading SME insurer to appoint a Head of Risk Pricing, Data & Analytics on a fixed-term contract into their MGA Leadership Team. This is a senior strategic role with responsibility for pricing strategy across brands, leading the data and analytics evolution and driving commercial performance across the entire SME market during a pivotal transformation period. This is a fixed-term contract (6-12 months) and may be subject to FCA regulation.
What you'll do
- Execute complex pricing strategies that balance growth with profitability across diverse SME target markets.
- Lead pricing and data teams, creating a high-performing, empowered culture focused on delivery and development.
