We have an exciting vacancy for a passionate and creative Teaching Assistant - SEN Support, who thrives on helping students realise their potential at North Cambridge Academy. Under the direction of the SENDCO, you will be supporting children with SEND needs both inside and outside of the classroom environment.

  • Holds a good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language.

  • Is skilled at developing children’s self-esteem and motivation so that they become resilient, independent learners.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to develop and sustain positive relationships with pupils.
