We are seeking to appoint a Senior Pastoral Lead, to lead the Pastoral Head of Years in the development of all students in a year group 9 to 11 during their time at North Bromsgrove High School. This is a chance to join the dynamic, growing and committed Pastoral Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in pastoral care, preferably in an education setting, to make a significant contribution to students' welfare and to the school. We are looking for colleagues who will embrace our vision to ensure that the very highest of standards are maintained and so that all students maximise their opportunities and progress.
Hours: 37 Hours p/w, Term Time Only Plus 5 TEDs
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 16:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 16:00pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: NJC Points 20-22 - c£28,162 to c£29,114
